1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Digital Delivery
All program content, materials, and resources for the GFB Program are delivered electronically via the official platform or through email communication. Participants will receive access to digital content immediately upon successful payment and registration. There are no physical shipments involved in the program.

1.2 Delivery Time
Access to the digital program will typically be granted immediately after purchase confirmation. In rare cases, access may take up to 24 hours due to technical issues. If access is not granted within this timeframe, participants should contact connect@gfbprogram.com for assistance.

1.3 Non-Receipt of Access
If participants do not receive access to the digital program after 24 hours of purchase, they should immediately notify GFB Program at connect@gfbprogram.com with their payment confirmation and order details for support.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1 No Exchanges for Digital Products
Given that the GFB Program provides digital content and services, there are no exchanges or replacements for program access, materials, or any digital products once purchased.

2.2 Content Access Issues
In case of technical difficulties or problems with accessing the program materials, participants should contact the GFB Program support team at connect@gfbprogram.com for assistance. We will work to resolve any issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth access to the digital content.

3. Amendments to the Policy
